Camera-Ready Instructions for GSI’25 Accepted Papers

Deadline

  • Final submission due: July 14, 2025 (AOE – Anywhere on Earth)
  • Mandatory registration deadline for at least one author: September 15, 2025

1. Paper Formatting and Length

  • Use the Springer LNCS format:
  • Maximum length: 10 pages (including references).
    • This allows for 2 additional pages beyond the original 8-page submission.
    • Do not introduce new results.
    • Use the extra space to improve clarity, style, equations formatting (e.g., prefer \[...\] for displayed equations), and to address reviewers’ comments.

2. File Naming and Packaging

Prepare a directory named GSI25-XXX where XXX is your 3-digit paper ID (e.g., GSI25-008 for paper ID 8). The folder must include:

  • All LaTeX source files (including any .cls, .sty, .bib, images, macros, etc.)
  • The compiled PDF file: GSI25-XXX.pdf
  • The main source file named: GSI25-XXX.tex (or .docx if using Word)
  • Include the LNCS style files so that your paper can be compiled locally if needed

💡 Example:

GSI25-008/
├── GSI25-008.pdf
├── GSI25-008.tex
├── GSI-lncs.cls (optional, recommended)
├── references.bib
├── figures/
└── ...

Compress this directory into GSI25-XXX.zip.

✍️ 3. Licence to Publish (Springer)

  • Download the form:
  • Fill and sign all pages of the form.
  • Name the signed file: LicensePublish-GSI25-XXX.pdf

4. Final Submission on CMT

Log in to CMT Submission Portal and upload the following 3 files under the « Supplementary Files » section:

  1. GSI25-XXX.pdf – your camera-ready paper (compiled)
  2. GSI25-XXX.zip – source archive
  3. LicensePublish-GSI25-XXX.pdf – signed license form

💡 Example for paper ID 8:
